We were delighted when we were recently contacted by two local primary schools asking us to facilitate a trip all about healthier fish and chips. The children had a fantastic time learning about the process from ‘sea to plate’ and had plenty of fun joining Allan ‘behind the scenes’ in the prepping and cooking area! At the end of the day, there were plenty of little hands stretched up the air ready to ask some very interesting questions about running a fish and chip shop.

Of course, the trip wouldn’t have been complete without complimentary sausage and chips all round!
